Our Story
Founded in 1992 in Yueqing, Zhejiang, Tianma Powder Coating has spent over three decades focused on one thing — powder coatings. We manufacture thermosetting powder coatings for industrial cabinets, fencing, architectural materials, automotive parts, and general metal finishing. With an annual capacity of 4,000 tons, we supply OEM customers and project buyers across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
Our facility in Xingguang Industrial Zone houses a full production line, a dedicated weather-resistance testing lab, and color-matching equipment for batch consistency. The R&D and production teams work together on formula adjustment, custom color matching, and application testing — including salt-spray, humidity, and QUV accelerated aging.
We hold three ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health and safety), issued by Lianming Certification Co., Ltd. Certificates are valid through May 2028.
Building on years of field experience, we have developed two new systems targeting extreme climate projects:
TropiCoat™ — formulated for hot and humid regions with high salt exposure (Southeast Asia, the Middle East, coastal Africa). Lab testing has been completed; commercial supply in preparation.
ArcticGuard™ — designed for extreme cold and large day-night temperature swings (Russia, Northern Europe, Northeast China). Lab testing has been completed; commercial supply in preparation.
